Sporting Shooters Association of Australia (NSW) Inc. 15 rush of using a fi rearm for the fi rst time, as many of the ladies decided to stay back and wait for the opportunity to get back out on the range and have another shoot. A big thank you to all who helped make the night a success, including all of the volunteer range offi cers and the SSAA NSW Sydney Branch range staff and committee members. The night wouldn't have been such a huge success as it was without their support. Also, a very big thank you to all the ladies who decided to take a chance and come along and participate. It was great to see and experience such great levels of excitement amongst everyone who participated. Not only did we have a great, fun fi lled night, but we also helped to raise funds for Rural Aid and Buy a Bale which provides valuable support to our drought affected farmers. A total of $1,811 was raised on the night. SSAA NSW Sydney Branch has also matched the funds raised, dollar for dollar, taking the total amount to $3,622. A big thank you to all the ladies who were involved on the night and we hope to see many new faces at our next Ladies Try Shoot Night in 2019. If you would like to be involved in future events or know someone that is keen to get started please visit our Facebook page SSAA Sydney Ladies Shooting Program or website www.ssaasydney.net to register your interest.
