PURCHASING A FIREARM
The purchase or disposal of any firearm must be
conducted by a licensed NSW Firearms Dealer.

Range open from 12 noon Friday for camping and practice.
Cost $45 per day of $80 for the weekend and includes
camping, practice and all competition targets. For more

PTA APPLICATION FORMS
Permit to Acquire Application Forms are now
available from your firearms dealer or shooting club,
making them much easier and quicker to obtain.
Alternatively, you may email
firearmsenq@police.nsw.gov.au and request the
forms be posted to you. If you are emailing, you must
include your name and address, the number of forms
you require (one form for each firearm you wish to
purchase) and whether you require Longarm and/
or Handgun application forms. Please allow up to 10
days for you to receive the forms in the mail.
Upon completion the PTA application form must be
returned to the Firearms Registry for processing.
Remember, you may only make application for one
firearm per application form.
When the PTA is issued it will be posted to you and
you may then acquire your firearm on presentation of
the issued PTA to your firearms dealer.

200 targets will be shot over two days on two layouts.
Nominations: Open $150, Ladies/Veterans $130,
Juniors $75. Grades: Open: AA, A, B, C Others: Juniors
(u/15yrs & u/18yrs), Ladies, Veterans (60+).
Competitors without a SSAA Sporting Clays Grade will
be graded after their first 50 targets.

SSAA NSW TILTERWEIRA YOUTH CAMP
21-29 SEPTEMBER 2013
Applications are now open for juniors between 14-17
years of age. Participants will gain practical hunting
experience with fully licenced and accredited volunteers.
They will participate in a variety of workshops on topics
such as bullet placement, map reading, survival skills
and game meat preparation. For more information, or to
