Silverdale Range hosted the NSW Light and Heavy Rimfire Benchrest Championships on 5 and 6 October. Competitors arrived from around the State, and proceeded to demonstrate their skills. We were blessed with a fine weekend, and were presented with a variety of wind conditions that proved testing to all. Invariably, the wind proved the difference between placegetters, and Silverdale is renowned for its "interesting" moods. This adds spice to the competition, and ensures there is no such thing as a "sure thing". Thanks to all for attending. We enjoyed your company! Results: Light 50. 1.Bill Jupp 2. Rob Austin 3.
