4 Sporting Shooters Association of Australia (NSW) Inc. SSAA NSW and the organisers of HuntFest are excited to announce a naming rights partnership for this year's HuntFest which will be held over the June long weekend. SAAA NSW HuntFest 2015 is shaping up to be Australia's biggest hunting event with around 4000 people expected to attend over the two days. Visitors will see hundreds of exhibitors and stalls showcasing artwork, photography, demonstrations, fi rearms and hunting accessories. South Coast Hunters Club President and HuntFest organiser, Dan Field, has welcomed the support and involvement of SSAA NSW. "It's a huge announcement for us to have a major sponsor like SSAA NSW because they're already such a big supporter and it just goes to show how much bigger and better HuntFest itself has grown." Mr Field said. "Last year we were thrown back a bit when we had more than 3000 people through the gates, a thousand more than we expected. This year we're hoping to get 4000 plus through the front gates which will be massive for only its third year." SSAA NSW Executive Director Diana Melham said she hopes the partnership helps make this year's SAAA NSW HuntFest the most successful yet. "SSAA NSW has been a strong supporter of HuntFest and I'm delighted for the organisers to see it grow into such a huge event for hunters. We cannot wait to be a part of SAAA NSW HuntFest 2015. "I would also like to encourage all SSAA members, not just from NSW but also from interstate such as ACT and Victoria, to visit Narooma and attend the event which promises to be a memorable experience." A major boost for SAAA NSW HuntFest is the decision from Eurobodalla Shire Council last year to approve the sale of fi rearms and ammunition and to grant the permission for SSAA NSW Mobile Air Rifl e Range (MARR) to attend. The application, passed by a majority of fi ve to two, is a signifi cant announcement for SAAA NSW, HuntFest organisers, hunting enthusiasts and sporting shooters in general and was the end result of months of hard work and lobbying by organisers of the event.
