Sporting Shooters Association of Australia (NSW) Inc. 10 ANZAC MILITARY RIFLE SHOOT Wednesday 22 April – 7pm SSAA NSW Sydney Branch and the St Marys Indoor Shooting Centre are holding the event for SSAA members only to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the ANZACS. The Centre address is 30 Power St, St Marys. Fee: Standard range fee of $22. The 50m match will be shot free hand with no bench rests and you will require a B class licence along with hearing, eye protection and enclosed footwear. Firearms permitted are: centrefire service as issued (no scopes or range sights), compulsory reload, charger clips and slings permitted. No booking required, turn up on the night before 7pm to be allocated into a detail. SSAA NSW LEVER ACTION STATE TITLES Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 May Hosted by SSAA NSW Coonabarabran Branch and held at Box Ridge Rifle Range, Box Ridge Rd, Ulamambri. Saturday 2 May: 8am to 9am 100m practice by detail, 9.30am briefing, 50 rounds Open Lever Action, 3.30pm Novelty Shotgun Event (competitors to use club gun and ammunition), 5pm delegates meeting, 6pm dinner at range. Sunday 3 May: 8am to 9am 100m practice by detail, 9.30am briefing, 35 rounds Classic Calibre Fee: $45 per event, $70 for both, Saturday evening barbecue roast meal included for competitors. Juniors half price. Please bring grading cards and carry home state firearm licence at all times. If no grading card, competitor will be entered in highest grade with at least 3 competitors. SSAA NSW CONDOBOLIN BRANCH The Condobolin Single Action Shoot has returned to their new Range located on the Tullamore/Fifield Rd, Condobolin. SSAA NSW WAGGA BARRY DUNCAN MEMORIAL Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 May SSAA NSW Wagga Wagga Branch is hosting Barry Duncan Memorial shoot at the Big Springs Range on Wrightleys Road. Saturday 16 May: 9am start: LV, 100 and 200 yards. Sunday 17 May: 9am start: HV, 100 and 200 yards. Fee: $35 per day or $60 for the weekend. Juniors half price. Medals for first, second and third place in both LV and HV, and the Barry Duncan Memorial Shield will be presented to first place in two gun.
