What: 2015 SSAA National Junior Challenge Where: SSAA T03 Glenorchy Range, Tasmania When: Friday 3, Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 July Who: Hosted by SSAA Tasmania and open to all SSAA junior members (12 years old to under 18 years old). Details: $50 fee per person (pay via EFT or cash in advance). Covers detailed gutting, butchering and caping techniques demonstrated on locally harvested deer with no gear or cutlery required.
