Sporting Shooters Association of Australia (NSW) Inc. 10 MOTHER'S DAY TRY SHOOTING SESSION Friday 8 May SSAA NSW Sydney Branch is holding a special Mother's Day Try Shooting night on Friday 8 May from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at the Holroyd Rifle Range on Hyland Road Greystanes. Tickets: $10 per person and all proceeds will be donated to a cancer charity. Info: The minimum age requirement is 12 years, parents must be present for children aged 12 to 17. There will also be a free sausage sizzle on the night. Please bring valid ID and wear enclosed shoes. Mums, sisters, nans, wives and girlfriends are all invited to come along. For any enquiries please call Marianne Taranto on 0416 091 0404. 2015 SSAA NSW 5-STAND SHOTGUN STATE TITLES Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 May SSAA ACT is hosting the event at the Majura Park Gun Club Saturday 16 May: 10.30am start: 100 targets Sunday 17 May: 9.00am start: 100 targets Fee: Open $130, Ladies/Veterans $110 and Juniors $65. The grades are: Open – AA, A, B, C, Junior – Under 15s & Under 18s, Ladies, Veterans – 60+ years. Proof of age may be required. Canteen will be available all weekend and camping is available at the club with toilets & showers. SSAA NSW BENCHREST HUNTER CLASS STATE TITLES Saturday 16 and Sunday 19 May SSAA NSW Coffs Harbour Branch will be hosting the State Titles at the Dairyville Range. Pre-registration is required and can be done via an online nomination form. Saturday 16 May: Light Rimfire 8am start, 50 and 100 yards Sunday 17 May: Heavy Rimfire 8am start, 50 and 100 yards Monday 18 May: Light Centrefire 8am start, 100 and 200 yards Tuesday 19 May: Heavy Centrefire 8am start, 100 and 200 yards Fee: $50 per class and junior nominations are $25 per class. If you have trouble online, verbal nominations can be accepted by Ray Munro on 0408 649126 or Danny Rosewood on 0417 661171. Cash payment can be made on arrival to the range. Camping on the range is permitted however, please advise beforehand. SSAA NSW WAGGA BARRY DUNCAN MEMORIAL Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 May SSAA NSW Wagga Wagga Branch is hosting the Barry Duncan Memorial shoot at the Big Springs Range on Wrightleys Road. Saturday 16 May: 9am start: LV, 100 and 200 yards. Sunday 17 May: 9am start: HV, 100 and 200 yards. Fee: $35 per day or $60 for the weekend. Juniors half price. Medals for first, second and third place in both LV and HV, and the Barry Duncan Memorial Shield will be presented to first place in two gun.
