Notice of Annual General Meeting The SSAA (NSW) Kempsey Branch Inc.wish to advise our members of the Annual General Meeting to be held on Sunday 19 June 2016, at the SSAA range, Rifle Range Rd (off Crescent Head Rd) Kempsey 2440, commencing at 9.30am sharp. All members are encouraged to attend and proof of current membership may be required. The SSAA membership office can be reached on (02) 8805 3900 if you need a letter of confirmation or a replacement membership card. Business to be transacted: To confirm minutes of previous AGM; receive reports from the outgoing committee; elect office bearers for the forthcoming year; appoint an auditor; discuss and decide any items put forward by members in writing according to the constitution; and decide any general business raised from the floor.
